By creating an account or using Lyriix ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Lyriix lets you upload an audio file and lyrics and generates a lyric video using AI image and video tools. You review and approve the visuals before a final video is produced.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when you sign up.
You retain 100% ownership and copyright of all audio recordings, compositions, lyrics, and other material you upload, and of the finished videos and visual assets Lyriix generates for you. Lyriix claims no ownership of your material or your output.
By uploading content, you grant Lyriix a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transform your material solely for the purpose of generating the lyric video you request. This license is used for nothing else, is not sublicensed beyond delivering your video, and ends when you delete your content.
You confirm that you own or have permission to use the music, lyrics, and other material you upload. Do not upload content you do not have the rights to.
Your uploaded songs, audio recordings, lyrics, and generated videos are never used to train, fine-tune, or develop Lyriix's models or any third-party models. The AI providers we use for image and video generation do not train on your inputs.
To provide the Service, Lyriix uses a small number of trusted providers:
Transcription and lyric timing run on our own servers, so your audio is not sent to any outside transcription service.
Your files are stored securely on Cloudflare R2. Finished videos you do not save are automatically deleted after 7 days. Projects you save are kept until you choose to delete them, so you can re-open and re-render them.
You can request permanent deletion of your uploaded songs, lyrics, and generated assets at any time by contacting us. We will remove them from our systems. Our AI providers process inputs only to fulfill your request and do not keep a permanent copy.
Your uploads and projects are private to your account and are not accessible to other users or to the public. Lyriix is appropriate for music that has not yet been publicly released.
You own the completed lyric video and generated visual assets. You are free to use, monetize, and distribute them commercially, including on YouTube and other platforms, with no additional licensing or attribution to Lyriix required.
Lyriix runs on a credit system. Credits and subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Generating videos consumes credits. Because each generation uses paid AI compute, credits are generally non-refundable once used, except where required by law or at our discretion (for example, a failed render on our end).
Lyriix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI-generated results can vary, and we do not guarantee any specific creative outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lyriix is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
